My Tasks - Updated “Active” task logic to be all active status code values which can be adjusted via configuration. Previous behavior only supported “Completed” status code. [TAC-5416]

Maintenance

Estimates - Approval Screen field layout cleanup for better usability. [EA-896]

Service Request - Distributed Call Center Service Request Screen field layout cleanup for better usability. [EA-907]

Service Request - The Facility Manager, Maintenance Lead and Maintenance Technician now have the option to put a non-dispatched Service Request into an On Hold Status. This option is only available prior to selecting a Vendor or Maintenance Lead on the Request. The On Hold Request can then either be Closed or Reopened. [EA-959]

Work Order - Distributed Call Center Related Work Order Screen field layout cleanup for better usability [EA-909]

Work Order - PDF Export functionality added to the Internal “Maintenance Work Order” screen. Maintenance Lead/Technician/Facility Manager users can now click ‘Export’ on a Work Order record to generate and print a ‘1 page’ formatted PDF export of the Work Order data. (Note: in rare cases where a Scheduled Maintenance Work Order has many Assets, the print out could be more than 1 page) [EA-992]

Space Management - Changed the description field in the Person screen to support 500 characters. [TAC-5909]

Platform

Configuration (Lookups / Drop Downs) - Added an email notification confirming the promotion of drop down values from UAT to PROD environments including details regarding the number of lookups and timestamp of the migration. The notification will be sent to any user who invokes the Migrate to PROD action for one or more lookups. [TAC-5920]

Ad hoc Tasks - Enhanced task templates with a default sort order of Task Sequence + Due Date. If Task Sequence is not populated, screen will populate in Due Date order. [TAC-5923]

Visual Query - Changed location comments to accommodate a left join from location (to display location data where no comments exist). [TAC-5887]
