Energy & Sustainability

Historically, user admins set the “User Display Settings” for all users within a client organization. Admins will be able to set the defaults, but moving forward each individual user will be able to see their own preferred display settings that override the admin defaults. [WATX-2855]

Previously, in order to turn off ESPM syncing for an entire portfolio, a user would need to manually toggle off the “Enable daily sync” setting for every property. There’s now a bulk on/off toggle in the settings configuration. [WATX-1107]

Historically, invoice statements could only be approved at the statement level (not separated by supply and delivery, if applicable e.g. dual billed accounts). Because statements can now be approved individually in the new Statement Approval feature, we now show a partial approval icon and tooltip in the Invoices table on the account level of Invoice Management which indicates that only one of the statements on an invoice has been approved. Each statement can be approved individually from this statement modal as well so that the un-approved side of the invoice can be approved later from any level in invoice management. [WATX-3406]

While statement lifecycle events were always tracked within the system, this data was not externalized for end user review. There is now a new tab within the Invoice Details modal named “Statement Life Cycle”, which shows the different statement events over time (e.g. statement creation, audit results, edits, etc.). End users can see what happened, when, and by who (user vs. system). [WATX-3296]

Previously, the when invoices were missing or not yet available, cells representing the usage would misleadingly show “0”. Cells for missing invoices now show as blank. [WATX-3425]

Historically, only the original creator of an alert could edit/delete the alert. When users were deactivated or no longer with a company, others could not edit/delete alerts that they made that may have been assigned to other users. Now, any Admin user can edit/delete notes created by others. [WATX-3535]

On the “Invoice Details” modal, while the individual metered usage and demand values were displayed, there was no indication of the meter read type (e.g. on- and off-peak usage, demand, etc.) as it could be inferred by the usage unit (e.g. kWh vs. kW). The meter read types were displayed in reports, however now the meter read type is explicitly defined / named in the front end. [WATX-3502]

Users can now import on- / off-peak usage types via the line item import template. [WATX-3501]

Reports used either Account Name or Account Code in the results, with no defined reason. Reports now, such as the Sentence Filter, Bill Line Items, and Invoice Data report show both the Account Name and Account Code. [WATX-3390]

Datamart

Added IS_LOCKER_NEEDED column to the table DM_MOVE_REQUESTS [TAC-6444]

Platform

Support Agent - Added a floating icon to the core application platform to allow easier access to support portal content. [TAC-5467]

File Viewer - Upgraded from version 5.16 to 5.21 to address bug fixes. [TAC-6400]
