Batch Rent - Added ability to include Remit Message as an available column in the View Batch screen. [TAC-6279]

Lease Basic Information - Hid lease general workflow comment when Options and Terms workflow is in use. [TAC-5303]

Standard AR Inbound API - Added support for updating the payment status to VOID using only the Lease Payment ID / Invoice Header ID and Status fields. This enhancement is required to support scenarios where an invoice is issued to the wrong supplier. [TAC-6242]

Standard AR Inbound API - Added support for updating the payment status to VOID using only the Lease Receivable ID and Status fields. This enhancement is required to support scenarios where a billing is issued to the wrong tenant. [TAC-6243]

Reserve

Data Management Utility - Decreased processing time required when managing large amounts of user data. [AQDMU-59]

API - When using API calls GET /reservations/events/{confirmationNo} or GET /reservations/{sysidReservation} for an archived asset, the state history of individual reservations is now available. [AQCORE-2358]

Web Application - Removed a restriction on default asset groups. Now assets can be removed from or added to the Reserve Assets group and the Request Assets group by users having the right to “Create & Manage User Groups, Asset Groups & the Permissions Between Them.” [AQCORE-786]

Web Application - Added quick access to Month View via the main menu (under user name). This calendar grid displays reservations and requests for a single asset (workspace, collaboration space, health and wellness, parking, or transportation). 

• Select either a favorite asset or perform a search and select from the list. Favorite assets can be specified within user profile settings.
• Click on an open spot in the calendar to create a reservation for that day.
• Click on the time of an existing reservation to see a list of actions.
• When the number of reservations for a given day exceeds the calendar grid space, this is indicated by +n at the bottom of the day. Click on that number to view the full list in a sidebar.
• Use color coding in the Reservation Type field for more efficient reservation management.
• To make changes to other users' reservations or requests within the Month View screen, a user must have the right to "Create Reservations for Another User & Manage Another User's Reservations" or the right to "Manage Another User's Requests to Reserve Assets." [AQCORE-627]
