Milestones - Added a configuration option to manage the behavior of the Forecast Date field when a Milestone in Actualized. Legacy/default behavior is that the Actual Date is mapped into the Forecast Date. This new configuration option will change the behavior to retain the Forecast Date values after the Milestone is Actualized. [TAC-6392] 

Lease

Option/Term Workflow - Enhanced workflow to flag for re-approval when a recurring cost is deleted. [TAC-6413]

Maintenance

Location/Building Data - The Integration between Core and Edge has been updated to an event based/near real time process that will keep Edge up to date with the Location/Building data changes in Core within seconds instead of as a nightly batch process. [EA-1061]

Distributed Call Center users can now schedule Related Work Orders for future dispatch. This is similar to a recent enhancement where we added the same functionality to the Service Request. For more information, see Support Article: Scheduled Dispatch for Service Requests (Dispatch Timing) [EA-1079]

Facility Manager, Maintenance Lead, Maintenance Technician, and Call Center users can now schedule Related Work Orders for future dispatch. This is similar to a recent enhancement where we added the same functionality to the Service Request. Reserve

Web Application - The searched time is now indicated with an outline in the “Search By Calendar” results. [AQCORE-1075]

Web Application - When viewing availability for a given day via "Search By Calendar" results, users can now zoom in and out within the grid. [AQCORE-231]

Web Application - The asset policy “Lead time necessary for reservation” now allows a value up to 99999 minutes (69 days) to be entered. This is the number of minutes required before time of reservation that the asset can be reserved. Previously the limit was 9999 minutes. [AQCORE-1446]

Web Application - Added a location policy for Maximum Days in Advance for Reservations. This enables admins to specify how many days in advance reservations can be made at the selected location. When reservations are submitted, the system considers this policy as well as the asset's policies and the user's business rules. The most restrictive policy/rule is enforced. [AQCORE-2124]

Windows Room Kiosk - Automatic dismissal of on-screen notifications after successful reconnection. [AQDS-323]
