Predictive Analytics

Tango now provides a standard demographic report for those customers that license Applied Geographic Solutions demographic data for the US market. [TAC-4519]

Projects

Projects - With the correct user role, you can now choose to terminate an in process invoice approval workflow directly from the submitted invoice with the click of a button. [TAC-4342]

Projects - With the correct user role, you can now choose to terminate an in process purchase order approval workflow directly from the submitted purchase order with the click of a button. [TAC-4344]

Vendor Invoicing - Added a button to "Refresh PO Item Amounts" which will update the Invoice Items with the current values from the PO Items (such as Commitment, Total Net Invoiced and Available to Invoice Amounts). Note: This update also happens automatically when the Invoice is Submitted but this button lets the Vendors proactively update the amounts so they don't encounter unexpected validation errors. [EA-114]

Lease

Obligations (R&M) - Added ability to auto-create obligation entries when a new lease is created. [TAC-4253]

Reporting - Added new Global YTD Asset Roll-Forward report. [TAC-4565]

Reporting - Added new Global YTD Liability Roll-Forward report. [TAC-4557]

Maintenance

Core Service Request - When a Work Order is Completed, the “Describe Work Complete” value will be mapped back to the Core Service Request, included on the Completion email notification and displayed on Service Request in “Work Completed” Status. [EA-570]

Internal Maintenance - For an Internal Maintenance Service Request, the Facility Manager can now also select a Maintenance Technician after selecting the Maintenance Lead. The list of Technicians will be filtered to only show users who are associated with the Maintenance Lead. [EA-655]

Scheduled Maintenance - If a Plan is set as Internal Maintenance, the Facility Manager can now also select a Maintenance Technician after selecting the Maintenance Lead. The list of Technicians will be filtered to only show users who are associated with the Maintenance Lead. [EA-651]

Scheduled Maintenance - If a Plan has Assignment Override Options set to Provider per Location or Both, and the SM Location has the Provider option set to Internal Maintenance, then the Facility Manager can now also select a Maintenance Technician after selecting the Maintenance Lead on each SM Location record. The list of Technicians will be filtered to only show users who are associated with the Maintenance Lead. [EA-652]

Scheduled Maintenance - Location File Export/Import process now supports assigning an Internal Maintenance Technician per Location. In order to assign a Technician using the file import, a Maintenance Lead email is also required and the Technician email must be a valid User with the Maintenance Technician Role. [EA-654]

Space

Assets - We have enhanced the Asset Details screens to allow the QR Decode field to be seen and edited. Please submit a support ticket to have these labels turned on. [TAC-3643]

Space Management - We have enhanced the floor screen to add new fields for Rentable, Usable and Unit of Measure to allow a simple way to manage Rentable and Usable at the floor without any other space details. These fields are user managed, are additional to the existing Rentable and Usable fields and do not have space calculations. Please submit a support ticket to have these labels turned on. [TAC-4399]

Space Management - Added the ability for General Users to see Areas and add/remove People from the Areas for which they have given permissions. The General User will only see the Area’s attributes (Read-only) and the People tab. General Users are granted permissions to an Area if they are a contact for the Area. A new tab has been added to the Space Management Area screen to manage contacts for an Area. Please submit a support ticket to have this feature turned on. [TAC-3310]

Space Management - We have enhanced the ability to see a Person’s additional attributes when assigning a person to a building. The Person’s additional attributes can also be added to the results on the Building’s People tab. Please submit a support ticket to have these labels turned on. [TAC-3497]

Space Management - We have fixed an issue where an inactive floor was still showing space utilization counts. [TAC-4366]

Space to Reserve - We have enhanced the Space to Reserve sync to now create a No End Date reservation when a person is assigned to a Space that is also reservable. Please submit a support ticket to have this feature turned on. [TAC-4059]

Reserve

Web Application - Asset group schedules have been added to implement hybrid work policies. These schedules make a group of assets available to a group of users for specific days, hours, and date ranges. If no asset group schedules are created, nothing changes in the application and the asset's hours of operation are used to determine availability. The asset.group.schedules property must be enabled to use asset group schedules. See the Hybrid Work & Asset Group Schedules Guide for details. [AQCORE-220]

Occupancy

Created a new dashboard for individual user analytics, enabling office managers to view attendance patterns and assess hybrid work policy effectiveness. The tab includes updated widgets for average presence duration, weekly attendance, and attendance distribution by day, with simplified filtering for people attributes and names. [OCCDEV-10912]

Introduced a new Ingress API for uploading badge events, enabling accurate ingestion and processing of badge data for attendance and occupancy metrics. The API validates input, prevents duplicate entries, and triggers recalculation of portfolio projections when new data is received. [OCCDEV-10852]

Energy & Sustainability

“Metric Ton/kWh” is now available as a unit in the “Custom Emissions” import template. [WATX-506]

The “Emissions Factor Report” previously did not include an option to include “Custom” accounts (only “standard” energy accounts). This update corrects that issue. [WATX-543]

End users can now modify the “data provider” for accounts, selecting from a dropdown of Urjanet (i.e. automated data acquistion via login credential linking), ESPM (i.e. pull from ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager), MANUAL_CLIENT (i.e. end user manually enters data), and GBC_CONED (i.e. Green Button Connect for Con Ed accounts). [WATX-1915]

Datamart

Added new column: FINAL_INVOICE to the tables D_INVOICE_HEADER and F_INVOICES [TAC-4612]

Added new columns: RENTABLE_AREA_LOC, USABLE_AREA_LOC, UOM to the table DM_FLOORS [TAC-4551]

Added new columns: RENTABLE_AREA_LOC, USABLE_AREA_LOC, UOM to the table DM_UNITS [TAC-4477]
