Overview

This document describes what’s new or improved with the December 12, 2025 Tango release, which was included in Core Release 3.7.50, Edge Application Release A10.8.8, and Edge Platform Release P3.10.8.

Predictive Analytics

Transactions

Reporting - Added a reporting tab within Transactions to provide improved access to transaction-specific reports. [TAC-3768]

Transactions - With the correct user role, you can now choose to terminate an in process transaction approval workflow directly from the submitted Transaction screen with the click of a button. [TAC-4921]

My Approvals - Added Site Number to available fields in the My (Site) Approvals queue. [TAC-4343]

Projects

Projects - When selecting a location you can now search and filter by Zip / Postal Code to more quickly find the correct location. [TAC-4160]

Projects- Expanded the milestone update request functionality to use SSO authentication for existing Tango system users. Eliminating the need for a one time passcode email. [TAC-4801]

Workflows - New functionality allows workflow configuration to automatically resend notifications to approvers when pending approvals have sat in the approval queue for a designated number of days. While this functionality has always existed for Parallel workflows it has now been extended to Serial workflows as well. [TAC-4630]

Projects - When selecting a location you can now search and filter by Zip / Postal Code to more quickly find the correct location. [TAC-4160]

Lease

AR Aging Report - Added late fee amount to report format. [TAC-4976]

Batch Rent - Enhanced batch rent workflow to allow reminder notifications on a rent batch which has been delegated to another user. [TAC-3775]

Option & Term Workflow - Added new term workflow which calculates the sum of all costs associated with the option/term and routes the option and all associated recurring costs for approval based on the total approval amount. Once approved, the option/term and recurring cost records are locked from editing. When an option or any associated recurring cost is edited, the term workflow requires reapproval by a user(s) with appropriate approval limit. [TAC-4404]

Payments/Billings Search - Added ability to retrieve late fee amount and late fee date in Billings search. [TAC-4984]

Receivables - Added ability to capture late fees on billings inclusive of a late fee amount and late fee date. While late fee amount is not automatically calculated by the system, gross amount now includes late fee amount in its calculation. [TAC-4986]

Tenant Billing Report - Added late fee amount to tenant billing report. [TAC-4985] 

Maintenance

Work Order Invoicing - To prevent duplication issues within integrated ERP systems Tango has added validation logic to prevent a vendor from submitting a duplicate invoice number. [EA-778]

Space

APIs - Added Capacity Other and Space Attributes to Building/Floor and Spaces outbound APIs. [TAC-4912]

Space Management - Enhanced the Area’s spaces tab to have a select ALL option.  This will make it easier to remove all the spaces from an area. [TAC-4832]

Space Management - Enhanced the batch printing of floors into a single PDF to use the floors order, as set in the Building’s floor tab, in descending order within a building. [TAC-4827]

Space Management - Enhanced the Space’s People tab on the floor plan to show the person’s title.  Additionally, each of the fields on the tab can be managed, enabled and disabled through client configuration. [TAC-4525]

Work Order Requests - Added the asset number to the search screen when adding an asset to a work order request. [TAC-4809]

Reserve

Visitor Management - A new user right controls the ability to change the status of a visit. Only users who have the new “Manage Visit Status” right or those who have the existing “Visitor Administrator” right are able to change the status of a visit. Statuses and related actions include Check In, Check Out, Cancel Visit, Arrived, Received, Out On Break, Back From Break, Ready For Check-Out. By default, the registered user role does not have the “Manage Visit Status” right. The other three default roles (Administrator, Manager, and Community Manager) do have the “Manage Visit Status” right. The user role & rights templates can be changed in settings. iOS Mobile App - Updated footer navigation to match the new transparent design of iOS 26+. [AQMOB-178]

Occupancy

Energy & Sustainability

If a property does not have any accounts, when populating the Asset Level Spreadsheet (GRESB report) - the asset will now show in the ALS.  Previously, assets without accounts were not included. [WATX-1989]

WatchWire now only reports data for overlapping periods across utility types, per GRESB guidance. Example: If electricity has 12 months of data in WatchWire but District Heating only has 6 months (Jan–June), the Energy Tab will only report data availability dates and usage from Jan–June instead of Jan–Dec. This aligns with GRESB guidance for how to report Energy, Water, and Waste data accurately. [WATX-2270]

Platform

Locations - Added ability to retrieve location comments via Visual Query. [TAC-4994]

Prospects - Add ability to link a prospect to a target during prospect creation. [TAC-3938]
