This document describes what’s new or improved with the November 14, 2025 Tango release, which was included in Core Release 3.7.49, Edge Application Release A10.8.7, and Edge Platform Release P3.10.7.

Projects

Projects - With the correct user role, you can now choose to terminate an in process project approval workflow directly from the submitted project with the click of a button. [TAC-4339]

Vendor and Work Order Invoicing - To prevent duplication issues within integrated ERP systems Tango has added validation logic to prevent a vendor from submitting a duplicate invoice number. [EA-777]

Lease

Clauses - Added new Clause Details tab containing a rich-text field with storage capacity of up to 32,000 characters to better support storage of complete clause text. This new subtab and field is added in addition to the existing comments field. [TAC-4762]

Lease Abstract Report - Updated date format for standard lease abstract to dd-mmm-yyyy (17-Sep-2025, to provide clarity to month, day and year) to users in all geographies since a user’s regional date settings cannot be applied to this report. [TAC-4810]

Options & Terms - Added new fields to support term workflow including approval status, workflow status, total obligation amount, additional approval amount, total approval amount. [TAC-4402]

Options & Terms Workflow - Added new term workflow which calculates the sum of all costs associated with the option/term and routes the option and all associated recurring costs for approval based on the total approval amount. Once approved, the option/term and recurring cost records are locked from editing. When an option or any associated recurring cost is edited, the term workflow requires reapproval by a user(s) with appropriate approval limit. [TAC-4404]

Percentage Rent - Updated the Sales Setup tab to allow the selection of the Frequency field for all entry types. [TAC-4714]

Recurring Costs - Added ability to link a Recurring Cost to an Option & Term record via a drop down. [TAC-4403]

Tracking Worksheets - Added two new fields: Eligible for Rent Offset (drop down, values of Yes or No) and Offset Amount. [TAC-2827]

Tracking Worksheets - Added two new fields: Eligible for Rent Offset (drop down, values of Yes or No) and Offset Amount. [TAC-4837]

Maintenance

Internal Maintenance - For an Internal Maintenance Related Work Order, the Facility Manager can now also select a Maintenance Technician after selecting the Maintenance Lead. The list of Technicians will be filtered to only show users who are associated with the Maintenance Lead. [EA-738]

Scheduled Maintenance - “Create WOs Per Asset” Option - When Scheduled Maintenance Work Orders are generated, the Asset data on the Scheduled Maintenance Plan/SM Location will be updated from the current data in the Core Asset Detail record. This will ensure the Asset data on the SM Work Order is up to date when it is created. [EA-770]

Work Order Invoicing - For manually created (non-Default) Invoices, a new button is now available to apply the Default Invoice Items. This will create the Invoice Items and Tax Items as defined on the Work Order Configuration record. This button can only be clicked once. [EA-548]

Work Order Notifications - Service Request Number (SR-###) added to numerous Work Order notifications that previously were not showing that value (Note: The other Work Order notifications did show this value already): Work Order All Vendors Declined; Work Order Appointment To FM; Work Order Completion; Work Order Completion To Additional Email; Work Order Completion To FM; Work Order Invoice Submission; Work Order Rejection to FM. Space

Assets - Fixed an issue that was preventing an asset from being assigned just to a floor within the Asset Detail screen. [TAC-4114]

Floorplan Viewer - Changed space attributes free text lines to wrap the text for large entries. [TAC-4222]

Floorplan Viewer - Modified the way that hatch patterns are rendered on the spaces to scale the patterns for better consistency across spaces of different sizes. [TAC-4706]

Space Management - The Lease Commencement field has been added to the Building’s classic search. [TAC-1622]

Space Management - Enhanced space scenarios by adding an export button to the Scenario’s Areas tab. [TAC-4767]

Occupancy

Entity schemas defined in preparation for releasing the floor plan image and polygon metadata sync from Core. [OCCDEV-10925]

Nightly closedown of open connected devices as defined in the eod.reopenPermanentlyConnectedDevices system config can be configured specifically for multiple buildings or the whole portfolio. [OCCDEV-10923]

Automatically recompute occupancy data for buildings in scope after submitting a badge events ingress API request. [OCCDEV-10911]

Store counts of unique users in daily aggregations for building, floor and team level in the Occupancy data warehouse. [OCCDEV-10909]

Energy & Sustainability

Tango E&S now shows a red asterix next to mandatory fields:

• Certification Year*
• Scheme/ Level*
• Floor Area Covered*

• Additionally, there are 2 new optional columns for “Actual date of Certification” and  “Expiration Date”. This is just for client tracking purposes, this data will not flow into the ALS in any way. Similar to “Reference URL” field. Finally, an alert will display when building certs are expiring. [WATX-1821]

The scope 3 categories listed in the scope 3 category dropdown on the “Custom Emissions” tab now have the category number listed accordingly. [WATX-2266]

Datamart

Added new columns: ELIGIBLE_FOR_RENT_OFFSET and OFFSET_AMOUNT to the below tables: [TAC-4041]

Known Issues

Some organizations have reported unexpected reservation cancellations shortly after creation. Recent updates to the Connector and Microsoft Graph API have introduced changes in how room data is retrieved from Exchange. Our engineering teams are actively investigating and working toward a resolution.

Additional bug fixes and performance enhancements were completed.
