Projects

Bidding - Additional Lock Unit Cost field behavior/cleanup. Expected behavior is now as follows: [EA-417]

  • Hidden on Administration Tab
  • Visible & Editable on the Cost Items tab (along with Lock Qty & UOM field)
  • Visible & Read Only on the Summary tab (along with Lock Qty & UOM field)

Project Budget - Changes to the budget screen logic allow the user to change budget template if the budget has not been approved or had other actions (PO, CO, Invoices) taken against it. This now behaves similar to other template selection processes throughout Tango. [TAC-3261]

Project Dashboard - Created a new standard dashboard, that when used with the new ‘Work Effort’ filed on milestones, can create a resource workload forecast report for Projects. [TAC-2610]

Lease

Expense Reconciliation - Updated sort order on Reconciliation tab to be in descending date order. [TAC-3370]

Maintenance

Demand Maintenance - We now display the Asset Instance # on various “Demand Maintenance” Service Request and Work Order screens. (Asset Instance # was previously made available on Scheduled Maintenance related screens in a prior release.) The field will populate when the Asset is selected and be available near the existing Asset Type, Asset (Name) and any other Asset related fields, which may differ slightly per screen. [EA-303]

Internal Maintenance Work Order - Reopen action added to Completed Work Orders. Facility Manager and Maintenance Lead will be able to update a Completed Work Order back to the Submitted Status if additional updates are ever needed or the work was not actually completed for any reason. Note: There are no Notifications tied to this action at this time. [EA-6]

Scheduled Maintenance - Added the Maintenance Description field to the Facility Manager Forecast report and the Maintenance Lead Upcoming Scheduled Maintenance report. [EA-398]

Scheduled Maintenance - Asset WO History report updated to also display the Asset Instance # field [EA-463]

Service Request Mobile - Enhanced the filtering and sorting options by adding Filter By and Sort By dropdowns. [TAC-3127]

Work Order Bulk Invoice - Now supports the the Comment field added to the Invoice Header in Edge. A column labeled “Comment” will need to be added to the import file for the Bulk Invoice process to import the value. This value should be repeated for all Items related to the same Invoice. There is 1 comment per Invoice, not per item. Note: If different Comments are entered in the Bulk Invoice file for items on the same Invoice, the value of the Comment for the last Invoice Item processed (Ordered by Item Name alphabetically) will be used on the Invoice. This will not throw a warning or error at this time. [EA-412]

Space

Property - Property Type has been added to the Property search page. [TAC-1893]

Space Management - We have updated the user interface libraries that are used for the Floor Plan. Please see Updated Floor Plan User Interface for details. [TAC-1944]

Space Management - Added Property’s unit of measurement to the top header. Measurements and Buildings tab will now use that unit of measurement. [TAC-1874]

Space Management - The Floor’s Attributes, Space, Area and Department tab now will display measurements using the Building’s unit of measurement. [TAC-1973]

Space Management - The Building’s Area and Department tab will now display measurements in the Building’s unit of measurement. [TAC-1977]

Space Management - When adding a person to a space, the Department Name has been added to the search. Also, the Nick Name column has been renamed to Preferred Name. [TAC-2821]

Space Management - On the floor plan, the dropdown of floors will now display in the order selected in the Building’s floor tab. [TAC-2948]

Reserve

Web Application, Accessible Interface, Mobile Apps, and Exchange Add-in - Properties were added to AQ Console to control whether or not the private checkbox is an option for reservations and user profiles in the web applications, mobile apps, and Exchange Add-in. These settings are at the account/organization level and apply to all locations within a given account. Organizations must submit a ticket for Tango staff to change any of the settings for these properties. Nothing will change in Reserve unless the properties are set to something other than the default. Refer to the Privacy Settings Article for details. [AQCORE-56, AQCORE-312, AQCORE-886, AQCORE-1316, AQCORE-1337, AQMOB-99, AQMOB-100, AQMOB-156, AQMOB-157, AQMSA-117]

Analytics - Columns for “Room Configuration Name” and “Room Configuration Description” have been added to the following widgets: Reservation List, Reservation Details, and Asset List. In the Asset List widget, results for the current reservation may contain both columns while results for the asset will only contain the Room Configuration Name column. [AQAN-283]

Crestron Room Kiosk - There is now automatic clearing of the error displayed when a data loading process fails or the server returns to service after downtime. [AQDS-318]

Exchange Add-in - A new pop-up is displayed when hovering over the Advanced button in the Quick Pick task pane. This defines recommended steps and serves as a reminder to enter the necessary information in the Outlook appointment window before submitting the reservation in the Quick Pick task pane or the Advanced window. [AQMSA-114]

Exchange Connector - The user mapping process will check the Reserve email address against the UPN, user’s primary email address and user email aliases in Exchange. If one of them matches, the user will be mapped in the Connector. This was implemented to enable dynamic mapping when the user's email address in Reserve matches the user’s primary SMTP address or one of the user’s email aliases, rather than the UserPrincipalName. The user must be in the same domain that is associated to the Connector. [AQMSC-174]

Energy & Sustainability

With this update, WatchWire now enables users to automate Whole Building = FALSE reporting for GRESB directly within the platform. Previously, this reporting had to be done manually outside of WatchWire. This new feature streamlines the process, allowing more clients to report at this level effortlessly if they choose, improving efficiency and accuracy in landlord-controlled property reporting. [WATX-745]

Where applicable, users can add demand values and units for additional commodities via the bulk import file and onboarding module. Previously, user entered demand values were limited to electric accounts. [WATX-747]

“Building Balance” accounts allow users to track the net difference between the aggregate whole building data (e.g. pushed into ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager by the utility), minus any user selected accounts (e.g. house/common accounts, any tenant accounts you actually have acces to and are tracking). Once configured on setup, it was not clear which accounts were being subtracted from the aggregate data. With this update, the modal will make clear the value of the aggregate data for the month, minus the value(s) of the selected account(s) that are being subtracted to arrive at the net difference. [WATX-766]

Columns BK:BO on the “Energy” tab of the GRESB Asset Level Spreadsheet will be populated by a newly added configuration at the account level, combined with the account level supply contract renewables configuration (bundled RECs) or unbundled RECs allocated to the account in the “Sustainability” module.

Renewable Energy Source dropdown field on the GRESB Characteristics include:

  • Generated and consumed on-site by landlord
  • Generated and consumed on-site by third party or tenant
  • Generated off-site and exported by tenant
  • Generated off-site and procured by landlord
  • Generated on-site and exported by landlord

Additionally, users can also track GHG offsets at the asset level to populate column S in the “GHG” tab in the GRESB Asset Level Spreadsheet. [WATX-598]

The “Sentence Filter” report in the Reporting module now includes “% Renewable” as a metric in the filter dropdown. This will show the renewable electricity consumption value, based on supply contract bundled RECs and/or unbundled RECs allocated to the account in the Sustainability module, allowing users to calculate the total renewable electricity vs. total electricity (renewable + non-renewable). [WATX-875]

For users with access to the “Fee in deal” report (e.g. white label partners who sell procurement services to customers), you can now track fee-in-deal revenue associated with accounts. The “Update Supply Contract” screen now has a “Fee-in-deal” field where a number value can be entered (the decimal must be less than 8 numbers). The new “Fee in Deal” report shows the monthly volume, fee per unit, and calculated monthly fee-in-deal $. [WATX-771]

With this update, WatchWire now aligns with the additional data requirements outlined in the GRESB 2025 ALS. Key updates have been made to the GRESB Characteristics tab, including expanded dropdown options across Asset Characteristics, Building Certifications, and Energy reporting. Users can now track renewable energy quality (Ref: energy tab > column BP-BS), choose from an expanded list of certification schemes/ levels, and update country codes (Ref: Asset Characteristics tab Column F-I) for smooth GRESB 2025 submissions. [WATX-1103]

With this update, WatchWire has integrated the new GRESB 2025 Asset Level Spreadsheet (reporting template) directly into the platform. Clients can now generate and download a GRESB 2025 report at any time in the required updated format, ensuring seamless submission to GRESB without any additional manual work. This update simplifies the reporting process and ensures compliance with the latest GRESB requirements. [WATX-1101]

Historically, “virtual accounts” (i.e. accounts that are the sum of usage from an interval meter, not a utility billed account) rolled up the usage for the reference interval meter, but did not allow any cost tracking. With this update, users can configure rates to be applied to the consumption, so “virtual accounts” will now track both consumption and cost. The primary use case here is for internal billing/cost allocation, typically for campus environments. Please see Virtual Account Cost Rate – Add Charges to Interval-Based Invoices for details. [WATX-1066]

Datamart

Added new table: DM_COUNTRY_COUNTY  [TAC-3496]

Platform

Location Inbound API - Added column T_EXT_ATTR4 to API-based inbound integration. [TAC-3317]

Targets - SLA - Added new fields to the general tab of the SLA record. The new fields can designate a Record Type, the Legal Entity Type, more contact information, and Tax ID fields. [TAC-3412]
