Overview

Tango's new release schedule includes two release cycles per month. This document describes what’s new or improved with the March 16-20, 2026 Tango releases, included in Core Release 3.7.54, Edge Application Release A10.8.12, and Edge Platform Release P3.10.12.

Transactions

Active Transactions - Added Transaction Timing as a available column in the Transaction My Actions icon. [TAC-5225]

Lease Transactions - Enhanced lease transaction auto-creation process to allow flexibility through a Transaction Timing field (in Lease Options & Terms) to override the default timing logic for transaction creation. [TAC-5242]

Transactions - Added Transaction Timing as a new display field within the Lease Details tab. [TAC-5224]

Projects

Budget Inbound API - Added ability to approve project upon successful import. [TAC-5317]

Projects - With the correct user role, you can now choose to terminate an in process document approval workflow directly from the submitted document approval history screen with the click of a button. [TAC-4348]

Purchase Order/Change Order Inbound API - Added new tag for Change Order comments to the integration. [TAC-4823]

Lease

Journal Entries - Added termination, modification, adjustments, catchups and error correcting journal entries to standard lease accounting journal entries for FASB-840 and IAS17 accounting schedules. [TAC-4119]

Obligations - Added new Contract Number field (drop down) to allow the association between an obligation and a specific contract term. [TAC-5550]

Options & Terms - Added Transaction Timing field to allow greater flexibility in transaction auto-creation logic related to the timing of when a particular transaction is created. [TAC-5228]

Options & Terms - Added new Contract Number field (drop down) to allow the association between an option/lease term and a specific contract term. [TAC-5538]

Space

Space Management

We’ve made it much easier to manage Areas when working with multiple spaces in the CAD Drawing Viewer.

What's new

When you select multiple spaces on a floor plan in the Drawing Viewer (using multi-select or window select):
    ➣ A delete button now appears next to the Areas dropdown.

    ➣ Clicking this delete button opens a popup listing all Areas currently assigned to the selected spaces.

    ➣ Click the “X” next to any Area to remove that Area from all selected spaces assigned to it.

Why this matters

Previously, removing spaces from Areas often required opening Areas individually or removing spaces one at a time, which was time‑consuming—especially for large selections. With this enhancement, you can quickly clean up or adjust Area assignments for many spaces directly from the Drawing Viewer. [TAC-3498]

Reserve

Web Application - Improved the location search by presenting the user with a virtualized dropdown list of frequently used and preferred locations. The list is visible after the user clears the default location in the “Where” field. [AQCORE-519]

Lobby Kiosk - The welcome text on the home screen of the lobby kiosk can be changed or removed by Tango personnel. [AQDS-349]

Occupancy

Admins and desk mapping users can un-map the entire floor at once in the Desk Mapping page, under the Actions menu. [OCCDEV-10982]

Platform

Data Import - Added support for unit data conversion in the Data Import tool. [TAC-5348]

Document Workflow - Added ability to cancel a document workflow via a new Terminate workflow button. [TAC-4348]

Edge Platform - Improved report usability by pinning the report header area—including the Result Count and Export button, column heading labels, and column runtime filter boxes—so key context remains visible while scrolling vertically through report data. The “sticky header” option on the report is now enabled by default. [EP-960]

Internal Contacts - Added new capability to default associated contacts in a child entity based on contacts in the parent entity with the new Copy to Child flag set. This behavior applies to Project contacts (for projects created from both a parent site or parent location) as well as Site contacts (for sites created from a Target). [TAC-5564]
