Maintenance

General User/Core Requestor Satisfaction Survey - A new feature that allows your requestors to provide some simple feedback when a Service Request is completed.

  • A new Work Order Configuration property was added to enable a "General User Request Survey." When this option is checked (enabled), the General User in Core who submitted the Service Request will receive a link to a closeout/satisfaction survey when the Request is completed (after the Work Order is closed out). The Requestor will follow the link and fill out a 2 question survey (a rating out of 5 stars and an optional comment).
  • See the General User Service Request Survey article for details. [EA-878]

Scheduled Maintenance - The Date Recurrence widget will only allow values up to 31 for the Repeat By Day value. Additionally, if a Recurrence is set to repeat every 31st day of the month, recurrence entries will not be created for months that do not have 31 days. [EP-995]

Service Request - When a Core Service Request is submitted, the Edge Service Request and Work Order will now display the Requestor’s Name (and Phone if available) in the Service Request Owner section. [EA-918]

Service Request - “Service Request Survey Feedback” report added to the Facility Manager Queries tiles. This new report will include Service Requests where the Core requestors have provided feedback after the request was completed. [EA-879]

Service Request Reports - Added Requestor (Owner) Name to the Facility Manager home page Service Request tab report (right side of the Home screen).

  • Also added Owner (email), Owner Name, Owner Phone, Requested For and Requested For Phone to the various Facility Manager Service Request reports.
  • Note: Some of these fields were already on some of these reports, but now the reports are consistent. [EA-919]

Service Request/Work Order - Map sections have been removed from various screens and replaced by a “View Map” link inside the Location Information section. [EA-913]

Space

Space Management

We’ve enhanced the MAC request Notes view to include any associated Alerts.

What's new

When viewing MAC Request Search and clicking Notes, a new Alerts section is now shown beneath the description. The Alerts section displays:
    ➣ Alert Description

    ➣ Alert Date

Benefit

This change makes it easier to see important alert information directly from the search screen when reviewing MAC requests in Space Management. [TAC-5428]

Space Management

We enhanced MAC so Draft MAC requests are visible in General User MAC Search.

What changed

Previously, when a General User created a MAC request and clicked Save (instead of Submit) the request stayed in Draft status and did not appear on the General User MAC Search screen.

Benefit

General Users can easily find and continue working on their saved (draft) MAC requests. [TAC-5118]
