Purchase Order/Change Order Inbound API - Added new tag for Change Order comments to the integration. [TAC-4823]

Lease

Options & Terms - Added support for Original Lease Term entries to behave like a renewals via the Exercise function. The Exercise function updates the Rent End Date (Lease Basic Info) reflective of the end date of the new Original Term (when later than current value). [TAC-5744]

Lease Accounting - Enhanced existing lease option functionality on Include in Accounting Schedule field to always set the accounting schedule to Recalculate status when the state of the flag is changed on a record that is relevant to the accounting term. [TAC-5496]

Annual Rent - Enhanced the annual rent calculation (represented in lease search and header) to be configurable (which payment types to include) based on the LEASE_ANNUAL_RENT_PYMT_TYPE lookup [TAC-5276]

Lease Accounting - Added Purchase and Termination option types to the logic which sets an accounting schedule to Recalculate status when a relevant change is made. [TAC-4278]

Maintenance

    Service Request - Edge “basic” Service Request Screen field layout cleanup for better usability. [EA-901]

    Work Order - Related Work Order Screen field layout cleanup for better usability. [EA-905]

Space

Space Management - A new measurement type, Lease-Floor Entry Distributed, is now available in Space Management. This option allows floor-level lease rentable values to be proportionally distributed across individual spaces based on each space's actual square footage.

What's New

When "Lease-Floor Entry Distributed" is selected as the measurement type on a building, each space's rentable value is calculated as:
Space Rentable = Space Actual × (Lease RSF Manual Entry ÷ Floor Assignable)

Benefit

This ensures that the sum of all assignable space rentable values on a floor equals the floor's Lease RSF Manual Entry value. [TAC-5655]

Platform

Data Import - Added support for unit data conversion in the Data Import tool. [TAC-5348]

Journal Entries - Added termination, modification, adjustments, catchups and error correcting journal entries to standard lease accounting journal entries for FASB-840 and IAS17 accounting schedules. [TAC-4119]

Location API (Outbound) - Added parameter to allow a full extract in addition to the standard behavior of incremental entries since last run. [TAC-5218]

Visual Query - Performance improvements and enhancements including real-time spreadsheets, options in pagination, row limits, and distinct Map/Table views. See the Enhancements to Visual Query article for details.
