MAC Group - MAC “Requests and People” table updated to display 6 separate fields instead of the current 2 From Location and To Location fields.

From Building, Floor and Space and To Building, Floor and Space are now available as 6 separate fields. [TAC-6329]

Web Application - Improved logic in the date/time field used for availability searches.

  • When the user's end time preference setting is "fixed" for the specified category and that user changes the start time, the end time will remain unchanged.
  • Regardless of the asset category selected in the availability search, if the user changes the end time and then changes the start time, the end time they selected will remain.
  • If the user has changed anything in the date/time field and then selects a different category, the date/time they selected will remain. [AQCORE-1651]

Web Application - Previously, when a user’s profile was set to private, they were not displayed in the results within the “Search for Person/Reservation/Asset” widget at the top of the screen. Now, a user having the required permissions will see private users listed in the search results. To view a private user, the user performing the search must be a delegate for that user, or have one of the following rights: Manage Users, Create Users, or View Another User’s Profile. [AQCORE-2383]

Energy & Sustainability

Historically, user admins set the “User Display Settings” for all users within a client organization. Admins will be able to set the defaults, but moving forward each individual user will be able to see their own preferred display settings that override the admin defaults. [WATX-2855]

Previously, in order to turn off ESPM syncing for an entire portfolio, a user would need to manually toggle off the “Enable daily sync” setting for every property. There’s now a bulk on/off toggle in the settings configuration. [WATX-1107]

Historically, invoice statements could only be approved at the statement level (not separated by supply and delivery, if applicable e.g. dual billed accounts). Because statements can now be approved individually in the new Statement Approval feature, we now show a partial approval icon and tooltip in the Invoices table on the account level of Invoice Management which indicates that only one of the statements on an invoice has been approved. Each statement can be approved individually from this statement modal as well so that the un-approved side of the invoice can be approved later from any level in invoice management. [WATX-3406]

While statement lifecycle events were always tracked within the system, this data was not externalized for end user review. There is now a new tab within the Invoice Details modal named “Statement Life Cycle”, which shows the different statement events over time (e.g. statement creation, audit results, edits, etc.). End users can see what happened, when, and by who (user vs. system). [WATX-3296]
