Accruals/Offsets/Invoices - Added new searchable drop downs for SEGMENT fields to improve performance on long lists-of-values. [TAC-5331]
Maintenance
Maintenance Role Assignment - The user role provisioning process across Tango Core and Edge has been updated to no longer allow Edge users to possess more than one of these Maintenance Roles at the same time: Facility Manager, Maintenance Lead, Maintenance Technician, Requestor. When these Roles are processed, the system will apply the most recent Role to the user and remove any previous Role (out of these 4). This can result in a user having different “Edge” roles in Core than in Edge, but it also ensures that the user does not have conflicting Roles in Edge. [EA-828]
Related Work Order - Added the Estimate Required and Non Billable checkbox fields to the Related Work Order screen, so they can be toggled before the Related Work Order is Dispatched. Additionally, these fields now map from the Work Order to the Related Work Order (instead of from the Request to the Related Work Order). [EA-890]
Space
Space Management - There are two different building screens, one for Space and one for non-Space that show the same records. The Building Home icon on a Floor’s record has been updated so that it now returns you to the Building’s non-Space Home page, when the floor record was opened from the non-Space Building screen. If the floor was opened from the Space’s Building screen the home button will continue to take you to the Space’s Home page. [TAC-4884]
Space Management - Added TYPELOV1 to the standard Space Outbound API. [TAC-5312]
Space Management
We’ve enhanced the CAD Viewer in Space Management to make multi‑value space attributes easier to read and manage. Previously, when multiple values were selected in the Space Attributes field, they were truncated and required clicking the arrow to see the full list. This made it harder to quickly review or unselect individual values.
With this enhancement, the Space Attributes field now supports wrapped text, so all selected values are visible without additional clicks.
Benefits
➣ Improved readability of all selected space attributes
➣ Faster review and editing of space attributes for one or many spaces
➣ Fewer clicks required to see full attribute values [TAC-5300]
Space Management
When you mark a floor as Inactive in Space Management, all associated spaces and related data are automatically made inactive or disassociated. Previously, this happened without any on‑screen confirmation, which could lead to accidental data changes. We’ve added a confirmation pop‑up to make this behavior clear and prevent mistakes.
Why this matters
➣ Reduces the risk of unintentionally inactivating floors and spaces
➣ Makes the impact of inactivating a floor explicit to users
➣ Gives admins a clear safeguard before committing to a large‑impact change [TAC-679]
Space Management
On the Buildings → Floors tab, the floors grid has been enhanced to make it easier to see the status of the floors:
1. A new Status column has been added to the grid so you can immediately see the floor’s status
2. The Status filter on the Floors tab can now be configured so that, by default, you see:
- Only Active floors (current default behavior),
- All floors regardless of their status.
These behaviors are controlled configuration changes.
Why this matters
➣ Previously, the Floors tab:
- Only showed Active floors by default, which made it harder to find or audit floors of different statuses.
- Did not clearly show each floor’s status in the grid.
➣ With this update:
- You can see floor status at a glance in the grid.
- Admins can change the default filter behavior so the grid opens with the most useful view for their organization (e.g., all floors instead of just Active). [TAC-4072]
Floor Plan Viewer
In the Space Management CAD viewer, you can now control whether labels and assets on a floor plan can be moved. New options in Settings → Label Management let you lock or unlock label and asset positions, helping prevent accidental changes to your drawings. Previously, labels and asset icons could be moved unintentionally, making it hard to know where data “should” be on the drawing. This update:
➣ Reduces accidental movement of labels and assets.
➣ Protects carefully curated floor plan layouts.
➣ Still allows HR labels to be adjusted when needed.
New options in Settings
For each Floor CAD in the viewer, the following options are now available under Settings → Label Management and are saved per floor:
Labels (positions):
- Unlock All Label Positions (default)
- Lock All Label Positions
- Lock All Label Positions Except HR
Assets (positions):
- Unlock Asset Positions (default)
- Lock Asset Positions [TAC-4512]
Reserve
Web Application - Added a warning displayed when inactivating a user who has active reservations. It says “Changing the status of this user to inactive will automatically bump any existing, active reservations. Do you want to save this change?” Selecting “Yes” makes the user inactive. Selecting “No” dismisses the warning and nothing changes. [AQCORE-2090]

Energy & Sustainability
Supply contracts now have the ability to track renewable percentages to 3 decimal places (whereas before it required integers with 0 decimal places). [WATX-2303]
Tango E&S users now have the ability to copy existing LDC/Supply statements (or entire LDC+Supply invoices) to edit details rather than manually add new statements from scratch. The statement will be copied, without billing period start and end dates prefilled - but otherwise an exact copy with line item details is copied as a starting point. Users will need to enter non-overlapping start/end dates and billing month/year. [WATX-2466]
The Tango E&S data warehouse now has an account_history table has date ranges that represent when account was active or not. [WATX-2599]
Tango E&S now has an active API integration with Real Page and SimpleBills. [WATX-2628]
Datamart
Added BUDGET_TEMPLATE_NAME to D_PROJECTS [TAC-5473]
F_WF_APPROVAL_HISTORY - Added column TRANS_WID [TAC-5343]
DM_LOOKUP_VALUES - Added new object reflective of all lookup (Drop Down) values [TAC-5030]
Platform
Bulk Update - Enhanced behavior of contact drop downs to display entries in alphabetical order. [TAC-5103]
Contracts API (Inbound) - Added contract_amount, modification_amount and tot_contract_amount as standard integration fields. [TAC-5101]
Documents - Added ability to track documents associated with a Supplier / Customer inclusive of a templated folder structure. [TAC-3929]
Edge Platform - Improved horizontal scrolling in reports. Auto scroll is now disabled in reports so the horizontal scroll bar now stays pinned to the bottom of the report section as more data loads, making it easier to navigate wide reports. The scroll bar appears only when report columns exceed the visible screen width. Additionally the “Show All” option at the bottom of the reports was removed. [EP-939]
Location Outbound API - Added UUID column to API payload. [TAC-5198]
