This document describes what’s new or improved with the July 11, 2025 Tango release, which was included in Core Release 3.7.45, Edge Application Release A10.8.3, and Edge Platform Release P3.10.3.

Projects

Bidding - Bid Manager now has the option to display the files attached to the Bid Response on the Intent To Bid screen so Bid Responders have the opportunity to review the Attachments before they click Intent to Bid or Intent not to Bid. This is configured per Bid with a new option on the Attachments tab of the Draft Bid. [EA-541]

Project Schedule - New change allows the user to directly upload a file from their computer to a milestone checklist item. This streamlines a process where previously the file had to first be uploaded to the project document folder and then linked to the checklist item. [TAC-3340]

Vendor Invoice - Data entry fields are now hidden by default and made visible after the Purchase Order is selected. [EA-587] 

Lease

GL Export (Standard Integration) - Enhanced standard GL integration to mark all prior periods through an error-correcting JE to be indicated as REPORTED. [TAC-3904]

Maintenance

Related Work Order - New Notification sent when a FM is assigned to a new Related Work Order. [EA-555]

Scheduled Maintenance - Added a new Tile/Report in the Facility Manager Scheduled Maintenance Tiles named "Plans Per Asset" that will return the list of SM Plans with Location and Asset details. SM Plan and Location data will be repeated for each applicable Asset associated to the Location on the plan. The data in this report is similar to the Plans Per Location report. [EA-604]

Scheduled Maintenance Work Order - Updated the Invoice tab on the external vendor SM Work Order screen to also display NTE Override and Total Estimates fields (which is consistent with the other Work Order screen Invoice tabs). [EA-606]

Work Order - When a Work Order SLA is Paused, we now display the SLA Restart Date on the Work Order screen. [EA-586]

Work Order Invoicing - Various screen layout updates and adjustments to declutter the UI and allow users to quicker navigate to the information they need. (Screens include the Invoice Screen linked from the Work Order as well as the Facility Manager Invoice approval screens.) [EA-453]

Work Order Invoicing - Streamlined and simplified the Invoice Detail Item (Work Order Material Line record) creation and update process. Now the Invoice Detail records can only be edited in-line within the report section. There is no longer a hyperlink/popup option to open the record. When a new Detail Item is added manually, the popup will close after it is Saved. [EA-605]

Space

Floor Plan Viewer - We added the ability to choose the unit of measurement for the legend when printing a floor plan to a PDF and from the batch print wizard. [TAC-3977]

Space Management - We have added the ability to make an Area’s actual, usable and rentable numbers editable when the area does not have any spaces assigned. Once a space is assigned to the area, those fields will be read-only, and the values are calculated from the spaces. [TAC-3945]

Space Management - Added a new field, “Hide from General User,” to the floor attributes. When this field is checked, the floor will not be visible in all the general user screens for all general users. [TAC-3994]

Reserve

Web Application - When performing an availability search, asset details and reservation details are displayed upon hover over floor plan hot spots and calendar time blocks. [AQCORE-18, AQCORE-1718]

Crestron Room Kiosk - The font size and color can be changed within the appearance settings in each kiosk. View details in the setup guide. [AQDS-245]

Plai Listener - Changes have been made within the Plai Listener user presence logs to improve performance. Email searches now start from the first character, rather than any character within the email address. [AQCORE-1679]

DMU - a new version of the DMU 4.0.12.98 is available to use with the July release and can be downloaded from here.

Occupancy

Added support for SHA3-256 hashing for user identities. [OCCDEV-10875]

Energy & Sustainability

With the new functionality to define the scope 3 category to which an account belongs, we have updated our “Emissions Summary” report to reflect this additional granular information. There is now a “Scope 3 Categories” tab which shows the breakdown of scope 3 emissions by category, as well as the percentage contribution of each scope to the overall emissions footprint. The “Sentence Filter” report will now include “LDC Account Name” as a column. [WATX-1573]

Added new column: PAYMENTS_PROCESSED_THROUGH to the table F_LEASE_FINANCIALS_ATTR [TAC-4148]

Platform

Buildings - Added ability to configure the field width of the building name in the search grid of Building Home. [TAC-3379]

Dashboard - Added ability to support up to five customer-definable dashboard tabs with unique application security roles. [TAC-3502]

Vendor Inbound (Flat File & API) - Added support through the use of a "~" character to skip field and leave existing data in place. [TAC-2920]
