Financials Dashboard - Added a grouping by Region to the financial Projections dashboard object. [TAC-6173]

Maintenance

Facility Manager Scheduled Maintenance Tiles - “Forecast” Report now includes Asset Instance #. [EA-1045]

Service Request - Facility Manager, Distributed Call Center, Maintenance Lead, and Maintenance Technician users can now schedule Service Requests for future dispatch.

A new Dispatch Timing dropdown field is available on the Dispatch step of the Service Request with values:

• Immediate (default)
• Scheduled

When Scheduled is selected, users can define a future Dispatch Date/Time for the Service Request.

This enhancement provides greater flexibility for coordinating work with operational schedules and maintenance team availability.

As part of this change, a new Tile was added to the FM and DCC “My Actions” Tiles: Pending Dispatch Service Requests.

Work Order - Vendor Technicians now receive an email notification when they are assigned to a Work Order via the Technician field on the Work Order record. This applies to both Demand Maintenance and Scheduled Maintenance Work Orders. 

Note: These same emails were already being sent when the Vendor Technicians are assigned to a Work Order from the Work Order Assignment utility. [EA-1038]
