Facility Matrix - Items section Help Text updated to clarify NTE formatting. NTE data in the matrix should be loaded without any additional formatting. For example 1500 instead of $1,500 or 1,500 or $1500. For more information, please review the Facility Matrix Admin user guide article. [EA-1031]

Edge Location Integration - A new Work Order Configuration field was added called Location Status Options that determines if Edge Location data reflects the Status from Core.

Note: At this time the updated Location data integration from Core is not yet generally available, but this new field will be used by that integration when it is ready (there will be no change needed on the client side, Tango will configure each client based on their current Location integration setup).

The dropdown options and related logic are described below:

• Status From Core

• Maps Inactive Core Status Type to Inactive Status in Edge 
• Maps Active or Open Core Status Types to Open Status in Edge
  

• Always Open

• Ignores Core Status and always sets the Edge Locations to Open Status

Note: “Inactive” Locations in Edge are not available in the Service Request Location lookup/dropdown and are filtered out of various other reports and assignment utilities.

Service Request - The duplicate check popup (in Edge) now includes the Request Status next to the Request #. [EA-1011]

Energy & Sustainability

In the “Missing Bills” report, invoices that are present but are estimated, and color coded orange in order to distinguish actual invoice data (green) from estimated invoice data (orange). [WATX-3208]

A new system characteristic, “CBECS Property Type”, has been added to define the CBECs property type for selecting CBECS rate values in the Invoice Estimation Tool. The CBECS property type characteristic has a dropdown list with all CBECs property type options. If a property type is not set, the Invoice Estimation Tool will default to the standard rate for “All buildings”.  [WATX-3101] 

On the Onboarding page, data entry for “usage” was rounded to 2 decimal places (despite allowing more decimal places on input). Now, the rounding allows up to 4 decimal places, and the 4 decimal places show in the “Sentence Filter” export (rather than .XX00, now shows .XXXX). [WATX-3250]

Previously only Electric invoices had the 'Late Payment Charge' column in the Invoice Data report. Now all commodities have this column present. [WATX-3220]
