N/A

Transactions

Closest Leased Stores - Added lease execution date, lease type, location type and facility type to available columns in Closest Lease Stores in Lease Transactions. [TAC-4220]

Create Transaction - Added Negotiator and Transaction Manager to the Create Transaction popup to streamline contact assignment. [TAC-4161]

Parent Documents - Added Parent Documents to a transaction, providing access to lease or location/building documents based on the transaction type. [TAC-4092]

Site Approval Workflow - Added Terminate Workflow feature to the site approval workflow. This feature requires an additional security role to gain access. [TAC-4349]

Projects

Milestones - Added validation to ensure that when resources are assigned to milestone notifications, they have a valid email address. [TAC-4101]

Lease

AR Aging Report - Added late fee amount to the report format. [TAC-5259]

Billings History Report - Added Late Fees to report output. [TAC-4992]

Lease API (Inbound) - Created new lease inbound integration. [TAC-5248]

Lease Wizard - Created a term end date calculator through input of term start in addition to the term length in years/months/days. [TAC-4141]

Lease Wizard - Populate payment timing (Advanced/Arrears) on all Recurring Costs (rent, operating expenses, taxes, etc.) created through the wizard. [TAC-4144]

Location Inbound API - Added capability to pass a flag to ask that a location is geocoded as part of the creation/update. [TAC-5197]

Recurring Costs/Billings - Added new searchable dropdowns for SEGMENT fields to improve performance on long lists-of-values. [TAC-5230]

Space Details - Added location type, floor status, and rentable area to the Space Details grid. [TAC-4094]

Maintenance

External Vendor Work Order - Added a configurable option to disable the Work Complete popup/confirmation message. This configuration requires support/services to implement but can be enabled for any interested client. [EA-838]

Internal Maintenance Work Order - Added a configurable option to disable the Work Complete popup/confirmation message. This configuration requires support/services to implement but can be enabled for any interested client. [EA-836]

Space

Building - For customers using the non-space Buildings module, you can now explicitly associate a Related Lease to a building, enabling the building’s Lease Expiry Date to be driven by that lease—bringing non-space buildings in line with the existing space-based building behavior. [TAC-2895]

Floor Plan Viewer - Added the ability to control where system-generated text (Space Number, Space Name, and People) is placed on a floor when CAD drawings are imported or reset. Users can define default X/Y offsets relative to the center of the space. Settings are saved per floor and fall back to hard-coded defaults if not configured. Reduces manual cleanup and improves labeling consistency. [TAC-4097]

Space Management - Enhanced Areas > People experience to support department hierarchy selection. Users can select any department level, view rolled-up department names, and assign people by hierarchy level. Defaults to the lowest level; people without departments remain visible. [TAC-4909]

Reserve

Web Application - Added a Cancellation Reason column to the reservation table in Settings. This provides visibility into why a given reservation was canceled. The column will be displayed by default, and Tango personnel can disable the reservations.cancellation.reasons.show property to hide the column if desired. See the Cancellation Reason Column in Reservation Table article for details. [AQCORE-2065]

Web Application - The date/time field on the asset details page is populated based on the user’s default time preferences if the user navigates to that page without first performing an availability search. [AQCORE-1901]

Exchange Connector - When the Connector cancels a reservation, it sends a cancellation reason to be displayed in the Reserve Web Application’s reservation table when the reservations.cancellation.reasons.show property is enabled. See the Cancellation Reason Column in Reservation Table article for details. [AQMSC-274]

Exchange Connector - If the “Places” API call fails, the Connector will make a call to the “Users” API. This reduces cancellations due to room mailboxes being configured as users instead of rooms. Tango and Microsoft recommend configuring room mailboxes as rooms, which are treated as “Places.” [AQMSC-268]

Occupancy

Customizable default sort order for the Spaces page in Occupancy Analytics. The default sorting column can be modified via system configuration. [OCCDEV-10967]

Site-level restrictions in Occupancy Analytics are now expandable to apply to CRE/IT admin roles. [OCCDEV-10947]

When “Track Occupancy” is enabled at the building level, the system previously only synchronized the building between core and occupancy. With this change, the system will now synchronize all active floors in that building when Track Occupancy is turned from false to true. [TAC-5275]

Energy & Sustainability

Updated the GRESB Characteristics Report to reflect any updates / additional GRESB characteristics that are stored in the system that were not previously included in this report, including efficiency measures, base building and tenant space information, asset ready to submit field, and more. This ensures that the GRESB characteristics report can be used a single source of truth for all GRESB data in the platform. [WATX-1090]

The Account, Property, Meter Inventory report now has columns that indicate Scope 1 Allocation, Scope 2 Allocation, Scope 3 Allocation, and Scope 3 Category (where applicable). [WATX-1804]

We have added a new Asset Readiness tab to the GRESB Characteristics Report. This enhancement gives users clear, actionable insight into why an asset in WatchWire is not ready to submit to GRESB. Instead of manually auditing GRESB characteristics across properties and accounts, users can now quickly identify setup issues, understand exactly what needs to be fixed, and take action directly. [WATX-1812]

Currently, the data provider for “copied” accounts simply copies the reference account data provider.  For example, if the reference account data provider = URJANET, then the copied account data provider = URJANET, which is misleading and leads to double counting of certain data providers.  This update configures copied accounts data provider to equal SHARED so there is less confusion on data providers, particularly when counting different providers in the Account, Property, Meter Inventory report. [WATX-2375]

The Emissions Factor Report now has a tab that shows the full set of energy unit conversions for assurance and accountability. [WATX-2400]

Estimations created manually by a user can be edited, but estimations created with the “Invoice Data Estimation” tool cannot be edited. They can be overwritten with actual data (or deleted), but not edited if they are system generated.  For clarity, we added a note to further explain when it’s an auto generated bill - “Note: This is an invoice created with the Invoice Data Estimation tool and cannot be edited. Alternatively, you can import manually estimated invoices via the Onboarding App or Bulk Invoice Import Template. Any invoices added with overlapping start / end dates will replace this statement.” [WATX-2410]

Virtual Invoice account types now show “SYSTEM” as the data provider, rather than defaulting to an invoice provider and/or allowing end users to change the data provider. [WATX-2452]

Two additional columns (Bill Period Month and Bill Period Year) have been added to the “Bill Line Items” report. [WATX-2468]

We have added a new Estimated Data Summary tab to the GRESB Characteristics Report to give clients greater transparency into where estimated data is used across their GRESB Asset Level Submissions (ALS). This enhancement helps users quickly understand which properties rely on estimated data, how those estimates are applied, and how they differ from actual invoice-backed data, supporting both internal review and third-party assurance processes. [WATX-2472]

When drilling into charts within the Tango E&S dashboard, the charts now always order the results from most to least, left to right along the x-axis. [WATX-2505]

Based on client feedback, we’ve added a new alert type - “Missing Bills” - to alert configuration.  This alert will notify selected users when a bill is missing from the system that was expected to be received. This notification will be distributed weekly when configured, so users are notified of accumulated missing bills. [WATX-2511]

Historically, if a virtual account tied to a real time meter has 0 consumption during a particular month, a virtual statement is not created (making it look like an invoice is missing).  There may be a legitimate reason for 0 readings (e.g. solar production in January, natural gas consumption in August, etc.), so this update permits an invoice to be generated with 0 consumption. [WATX-2523]

Adding to our long list of data pipeline and bill pay provider integrations, we now have an API connection with RealPage/SimpleBills in order to automatically pull invoice data into the Tango E&S platform.  Please note that RealPage does not yet offer programmatic access to invoice PDFs, just the data. [WATX-2530]

For “Building Balance” account type, building balance invoices are now marked as estimated if one of the reference invoices used is an estimated invoice. [WATX-2577]

Platform

User Access Report - Added Lease Full Access and Supplier Full Access columns to the standard User Access report. [TAC-4034]

Building - For customers using the non-space Buildings module, you can now explicitly associate a Related Lease to a building, enabling the building’s Lease Expiry Date to be driven by that lease—bringing non-space buildings in line with the existing space-based building behavior. [TAC-2895]
