Invoice Workflow - Added a new client-facing delegate workflow feature to allow, for users with elevated security permission, the ability to delegate an in-flight workflow step to another user. [TAC-5823]

Budget Workflow - Added a new client-facing delegate workflow feature to allow, for users with elevated security permission, the ability to delegate an in-flight workflow step to another user. [TAC-5822]

Lease

Options & Terms - Added support for Extension terms to behave like a renewals via the Exercise function. The Exercise function updates the Extension term Exercised status and Rent End Date (Lease Basic Info) reflects the end date of the extension period (when later than current value). Additionally, the Extension term is set Active and previous term is set Expired on first day of new term. [TAC-5751]

Maintenance

Work Order - PDF Export functionality added to Work Order screens. This is currently available for the External Vendor Work Order screens (Demand and Scheduled Maintenance). Users can now click ‘Export’ on a Work Order record to generate and print a ‘1 page’ formatted PDF export of the Work Order data. (Note: in rare cases where a Scheduled Maintenance Work Order has many Assets, the print out could be more than 1 page). See PDF Export (Work Order Screens) for details. [EA-924]

Space

Space Management - Enhanced Stacking by adding a Space Allocation stack type. Space Allocation stacks use assignable spaces to sum capacity planned by department and locations. Department capacity replaces headcount metrics in all stacking graphs and tables. Additional functionality for Space Allocation stacks has also been added, please see Creating a Stacking Plan — Updated User Guide. [TAC-5767]

Space Management - Enhanced the Space Audit Report to sort the Space ID dropdown. [TAC-5735]

Integrations - Created a new HR Outbound API to retrieve people information and their location assignment. Prior to this enhancement, this was only available from a flat file. [TAC-2724]
