Predictive Analytics

Transactions

Prospects - Enhanced Prospects user interface for improved usability and readability. [TAC-3452]

Reporting - Added a reporting tab within Transactions to provide improved access to transaction-specific reports. [TAC-5172]

Transactions - Added zip code as a search field and city, state, and zip code to search results when assigning a transaction to a location/building. [TAC-4104]

Projects

Search - Improved project search export to execute asynchronously (run as batch) to improve performance. [TAC-4469]

Workflows - New functionality allows workflow configuration to automatically resend notifications to approvers when pending approvals have sat in the approval queue for a designated number of days. While this functionality has always existed for Parallel workflows it has now been extended to Serial workflows as well. [TAC-4630]

Lease

Accounts Receivable Outbound API - Added Supplier Number to integration payload. [TAC-5098]

Batch Rent Validation - Added additional validations to payable and receivable batches. [TAC-5007]

Change History - Added functionality to create a change history record when accounting schedules cause an accounting schedule to be set to Recalculate status. [TAC-4200]

Lease Accounting - Added a new field to allow the suppression of creating opening journal entries for customers using the Standard GL integration. Previously, any accounting schedule without a link to a previous schedule would generate opening entries automatically with no option to suppress generation. [TAC-4821]

Lease Wizard - Added the ability to populate the Rent End date during the abstraction wizard. The rent end date will be pre-populated with the Term End date. [TAC-4146]

Payments - Added new searchable drop-downs for SEGMENT fields to improve performance on long lists-of-values. [TAC-4553]

Tenant Billing Report - Added late fee amount to tenant billing report. [TAC-4985]

Maintenance

Service Request - Auto Dispatch Failure notification now includes a reason for the failure if the Supplier Preferences are set up, but the Supplier Site does not have a valid email (invalid or missing). [EA-815]

Service Request and Vendor Acceptance - Minor field layout adjustments and help text cleanup/additions on various fields/buttons. [EA-796]

Work Order (Various Screens) - Addressed consistency issues in when the Create Related Work Order button was accessible across the Work Order screens. Create Related Work Order is now available regardless of the Work Order Status. [EA-472]

Space

Locations API - Enhanced the Locations Outbound API to include other_capacity, the sum of spaces' other_capacity in that location. [TAC-4936]

Reserve

Occupancy

Store counts of total assigned users in occupancy data warehouse daily aggregations. [OCCDEV-10933]

Configurable anonymization of person and device identities in the occupancy data warehouse. [OCCDEV-10931]

Energy & Sustainability

The “Custom Emissions” tab within account level in the Invoice Management module is now named “Emissions Configuration”. Regardless of use of default emissions factors or custom emissions factors, the factor and associated data is displayed within this tab so users can view this information within the dashboard, rather than always needing to export the Emissions Factor Report. Analyst user types can no longer delete meters within the “Real-Time Monitoring” module.  Only data administrators and system administrators can delete meters. [WATX-2445]

Datamart

Added TEMPLATE_NAME and TEMPLATE_ID to D_PROJECTS [TAC-4928]
