Overview
To continue providing industry-leading functionality, Tango would like to bring to your attention an enhancement to add a section to the Floor Edit Page. This applies to all Tango Space customers. This functionality will be available on January 12, 2024.
Summary of Changes
Two new attributes are added to the floor's edit page to either remove that floor's USF, RSF or both from the building calculations.
When Remove From USF is checked and saved, the follow calculations will occur:
Space Changes:
- Space USF will be 0
- Space will no longer receive part of the Building or Property Shared, but will still receive part of the Building Common
- Space RSF will calculated based on ASF and Common, reducing the space's RSF
Floor Changes:
- Floor Usable = 0
- Floor Residual = 0
- Sublease Actual = 0
- Sublease Usable = 0
- Assignable Unallocated Actual = 0
- Vacant Actual = 0
- Vacant Unallocated Actual = 0
- Building Shared = 0
- Floor Shared = 0
When Remove From RSF is checked and saved, the follow calculations will occur:
Space Changes:
- Space RSF will be 0
- Space will no longer receive part of the Building Common
Floor Changes:
- Floor Rentable = 0
- Floor Residual = 0
- Sublease Actual = 0
- Sublease Usable = 0
- Assignable Unallocated Actual = 0
- Vacant Actual = 0
- Vacant Unallocated Actual = 0
- Building Common = 0
- Floor Common = 0
The Floor and Building will recalculate when you hit save. All the other floors in the building will recalculate within 15 minutes. You can recalculate the building sooner by pressing the recalculate button on the Building's attributes page.
Next Steps / Action Required
This new feature will not be rolled out automatically to all Tango Space customers, but the new attributes are not automatically turned on. Kindly submit a ticket with Tango Support Services through ZenDesk if you would like to request this functionality enabled.
