Space

Space Management - We make changes to Utilization and capacity metrics at the Floor and Building levels now correctly calculate and reflect data from floors configured as No CAD. Previously, these metrics displayed as 0 even when spaces with capacity were created on a No CAD floor. [TAC-5995]

Space Type Configuration Changes - This release introduces two new configuration options on Space Types that give administrators greater control over how space type changes propagate to individual spaces — and how space-level edits interact with assigned space types. These enhancements address long-standing requests for more predictable, safer management of space type data across portfolios. IMPORTANT — Read the full Space Type Configuration Changes article for details.

  • The "Automatically Update Spaces" setting gives you explicit control over whether changes propagate or only affect new assignments going forward. By default, this setting is unchecked, so existing behavior will be changed to new behavior unless an administrator enables this to restore the prior behavior.
  • The "Clear Space's Space Type if Space is Changed" setting gives Space Managers the control to either:
    • Protect downstream reporting by ensuring that if a space's attributes no longer align with its assigned space type, the space type is removed. (This is the behavior when the box is checked.)
    • OR allow space types to work independent of the other space fields. (This is the behavior when the box is unchecked.)
    • By default, this setting is unchecked, so existing behavior will be changed to new behavior unless an administrator enables this to restore the prior behavior.
  • Both new settings are available not only in the Space Type edit form but also in the Space Type search screen, allowing administrators to filter and locate space types by their "Automatically Update Spaces" and "Clear Space's Space Type" configuration.
  • Removing a Space Type from a space: When a Space Type is manually removed from a space (regardless of either new setting), no other space field values will be changed. The space retains its current attribute values. This is consistent with existing behavior. [TAC-4919]

Reserve

Web Application - In groups & permissions settings, the user group details screen has been optimized by loading the list of users in paginated batches. This facilitates management of large datasets and enables navigation to the permissions tab without waiting for the full user list to load. [AQCORE-2264]

Energy & Sustainability

The “Account, Property, and Meter Inventory” report now has columns on the “Account_Inventory” tab showing account Start Month, Start Year, End Month, and End Year. [WATX-3008]

Historically, once a supply contract was added to the E&S system, there was no way to bulk update. Users can manually click through the front end modals, however across hundreds/thousands of accounts, this is time consuming and inefficient.

  • We have added an option to bulk edit supply contracts within the “Imports” section. In the “Imports” section, a toggle selector was added that says “Update existing contracts?”. When this toggle is selected, a node and month selector appears.
  • For the filters selected, when the user downloads a template, all of the relevant contracts are added to the template with all fields that are included in the supply contract import already populated plus a “contract id” column (leftmost) that contains the portal id.
  • The import will only update contracts that it can match by contract id. If there is no match or no id, the system will return an error. [WATX-2929]

2026 to 2029 were added to the Vintage/Reporting Year dropdown for REC contracts, and in the future the year options will dynamically update. [WATX-2249]

Datamart

Added new table: DM_WF_STEPS [TAC-5985]

Platform

Configuration (Lookups / Drop Downs) - Added an email notification confirming the promotion of drop down values from UAT to PROD environments including details regarding the number of lookups and timestamp of the migration. The notification will be sent to any user who invokes the Migrate to PROD action for one or more lookups. [TAC-6027]

User-Defined Map Layers - Added an alphabetical sequence of user-defined map layers for consistent display. [TAC-6005]
