Occupancy

The CRE Admin role now enforces building-level access restrictions, giving organizations more granular control over who can view and manage data across their portfolio. [OCCDEV-11005]

What's new

  • Building-scoped administration — Create, update, and delete operations are restricted to assigned buildings only. Attempts to modify data for unassigned buildings will be denied.

Why it matters

  • As your portfolio grows and more buildings are onboarded, this enhancement allows local Facility Management teams to independently manage their own sites — including neighborhood structures and zone naming — without exposing the full portfolio. Central admins no longer need to be involved in routine, site-level data management tasks.

Who's affected

  • Users assigned the CRE Admin role. If you are a CRE Admin, you will now see only the buildings assigned to you. Full administrators are not affected and retain full portfolio visibility.

Energy & Sustainability

GRESB report snapshot data is now available in the Data Warehouse, making it easier to analyze and report against the latest generated GRESB snapshots. [WATX-2982]

What's new

  • Loaded GRESB report snapshot data into the Data Warehouse.
  • Aligned warehouse data with the most recently generated report snapshots.
  • Improved access to snapshot-based reporting data for downstream analytics and reporting workflows.

Who's impacted

  • Customers and internal teams who use Data Warehouse exports, reporting, or analytics based on GRESB report snapshot information.

Notes/limitations

  • Data reflects the latest generated GRESB report snapshots available at load time.
  • Any reports or dashboards using this data should confirm they are referencing the new snapshot fields or tables as expected.

How to verify

  • Generate or confirm a GRESB report snapshot.
  • Validate that the corresponding snapshot data is loaded into the Data Warehouse.
  • Check downstream reports or queries to confirm the latest snapshot values are available and accurate.
