Tango Maintenance - Scheduled Maintenance Work Order/Asset Condition

Modified on Tue, 3 Mar at 1:03 AM

Overview

The Scheduled Maintenance Work Order has been updated to include the Asset Condition field from the Asset Detail record in Core. The vendor/technician/user completing the Work Order can select the updated Asset Condition at the time of the Work. If the Asset Condition is changed during the Work Order, the Asset Detail in Core will be updated to the New Asset Condition value.

New Asset Condition is an editable dropdown that defaults to match the Asset Condition from the Core Asset Detail record. Note: Asset Condition is not editable, the idea being that the user will always know what the previous/most recent condition was going into the Work Order.

New Asset Condition can be edited directly from the report section by clicking on the field to expose the dropdown values.

New Asset Condition can also be edited by clicking into the Asset record popup from the report (click any of the hyperlinked fields in the row).

Scheduled Maintenance routed to the Internal Maintenance team also provide access to the Asset Condition to the Maintenance Lead/Maintenance Technician:

If Asset Condition and New Asset Condition are different when the user clicks Work Complete, the Asset Condition on the Asset Detail record in Core will be updated to the “New Asset Condition” value.

Note: Asset Condition will be incorporated into Demand/Retroactive Work Orders in a future release.
