Introduction

The Facility Manager Home Page Tiles are being updated to move the 8 Scheduled Maintenance related tiles into their own group/section. Labels have also been updated with new, more succinct nomenclature and the Tiles were put in a more logical order.

The change should make working with the Scheduled Maintenance functionality a lot easier to find and more streamlined overall, while at the same time making the existing Tile sections a little less busy.

What is the Change?

3 Tiles from the My Actions section and 5 Tiles from the Queries section were moved to the new Scheduled Maintenance Tiles section. (No new Tiles or changes to the existing functionality)

Highlights:

• The "Scheduled Maintenance" record is now referred to as the "Plan" or "Scheduled Maintenance Plan"
• References to "SM" in the labels were removed since the entire section is Scheduled Maintenance related
• Tile order is more functional/logical than the previous Actions and Queries Tiles
• Icons were left the same for consistency
