Overview
The Scheduled Maintenance Work Order has been updated to make any files attached to the Asset Details record available directly to the users interacting with the Work Order.
Within Core, the Asset Details records have a Documents tab that can support a folder structure.
Any files attached within the folder structure will be mapped into the Asset record on the Scheduled Maintenance Work Order.
When the Asset is part of a Service Request/Demand Work Order, any files attached within the folder structure will be mapped directly into the Asset Documents section on the Work Order Visit/Repair tab.
Note: Asset Documents will be incorporated into Internal Maintenance Work Orders in a future release.
