Navigate To The Converted Prospect From A Site Using The Prospect Hyperlink

Introduction

This documentation will help you convert a prospect to a site and navigate to a prospect from the converted site using a hyperlink.

The new functionality allows the user to convert a prospect to a site. There is a hyperlink enabled at the ‘Site Information' ‘General’ tab page, which helps the user navigate the prospect general tab page to view more information about the prospect. The hyperlink in the site helps in identifying that the site got converted from a prospect.

Steps

Step 1: Login using the user credentials, and when login is successful, it will display the Tango functional dashboard. Select the ‘Prospect’ icon from the ‘Store Development’ module.

Step 2: Use the scroll bar to scroll down and click search to view the list of prospects created.

Step 3: Select the ‘Edit’ icon of the prospect you would like to convert to a site.

Step 4: Upon selecting the edit icon, the prospect ‘General’ tab opens as a default view. Click the ‘Convert to Site’ button to convert the prospect to a site.

Step 5: Return to the functional dashboard's home screen and select the ‘Sites’ icon from the ‘Store Development’ module.

Step 6: Search for the site converted and select the ‘Click to View Details’ icon.

Step 7: On the ‘Site Information’ ‘General’ tab, you will find the field label ‘Prospect Name’ with the hyperlink to the prospect from which it was converted.
