Expanded Scope to Support Non-Lease Transactions
Overview
In a continuing effort to provide industry-leading functionality, Tango would like to bring to your attention an enhancement to Tango Transactions which gives users the ability to create non-Lease transactions. This enhancement will be available March 8, 2023.
Summary of Changes
The Tango Transactions application has added functionality to support the creation of non-lease transactions for existing locations. Additional fields have been added to the ‘Create Transaction’ pop-up such as Transaction Category, which allows for a ‘Location-related’ transaction to be selected. Upon selecting ‘Location-related’, a new set of fields such as Location Number, Transaction Group, Transaction Type and Deadline appear. For each Transaction Group selected (which represent Location-based transactions) a specific group of items will be shown in the Transaction Type dropdown. In addition, a new Location Attributes tab located in the Locations => Attributes has been added which will be a view only tab of key location details giving users necessary information to assist in decision making. Lastly, the Active Transactions widget has been updated to include two new columns ‘created by’ and ‘created date’.
Note: For non-lease transactions, the Lease details tab will be hidden and only show the Location Tab.
