Maintenance
Scheduled Maintenance - Fields added to Scheduled Maintenance Plan Reports (Active Plans, All Plans)
- FM (Plan): Facility Manager Assigned to the Scheduled Maintenance Plan
- Assignment Override Options: If the SM Plan is set to assign FM per Location, Provider per Location, Both, or blank/no override
- Create WOs Per Asset: If the SM Plan is set to generate separate Work Orders for each Asset selected on the Locations or not [SUS-84]
Space
A Status column has been added to the Classic Search → Floors report. Once enabled, the Status column will be included in the report and the exported Floors data. [OPT-97]
Reserve
Email Notifications - When the system performs a cancel-rebook because a user changed the room or owner of a reservation, a "Reservation Updated" email is sent instead of a "Reservation Canceled" email. When the room or owner of a reservation is changed, the system still cancels the old reservation and creates a new reservation so that business rules, permissions, and policies are enforced. This enhancement simply suppresses the cancellation email. Real, user-initiated reservation cancellations will continue to generate a "Reservation Canceled" email. [AQCORE-2405]
