How To Locate The Resource ID for M365 Exchange Asset Mapping and Syncing

For reference, the Asset ID/Resource ID can be found in both the web application and the DMU.

Web Application : Navigate to the Asset record in Reserve. Go to SETTINGS > ASSETS > search for the asset. The Resource ID is located in both the URL or the bottom of the 'Details' page next to 'Resource ID'

From the DMU, you can locate the Resource ID from the Asset ID column by downloading a 'Modify Existing Assets' Template and opening it in excel. You will see the Asset ID next to the corresponding Asset.
