The Reserve + Exchange integration allows for a two-way integration between the Tango Reserve application and Exchange O365. Users can use either systems and the reservations between the two are continuously in-sync. To ensure that this happens successfully, it's important to set up the rules between the two systems so that they either match, or at the very least compliment each other to avoid any conflicts. Here are a few rules to watch out for.
| Reserve Policy | Exchange Policy | Exchange Policy Setting | Additional Comments |
| N/A | Automate Processing | Auto-Accept | Required |
| N/A | Allow Conflicts | False | Required |
| Max Days in Advance | Booking Window in Days | Client decision | Must match |
| Max Reservation Duration | Max Duration in Minutes | Client decision | Must match. Recommend to leave blank in Reserve. |
| N/A | Allow Recurring Meetings | True | Required. No corresponding rule in Reserve. |
| N/A | Max Conflict Instances | False | Required. No corresponding rule in Reserve. |
| Hours of Operation | Schedule Only During Work Hours | False | Must match Reserve Hours of Operation |
