Cisco Phone Switching Integration Requirements

System Requirements

The Tango Reserve + Cisco Phone Switching Integration requires the following for the Operator Client Server:

1. Windows 10 or Windows Server 2016 (for server environments) or higher. 
2. A minimum of 4 GB of RAM 
3. A minimum of  20 GB of available storage 
4. JDK21
   • Must be installed by the client
   • Click on this link for JDK21
5. Tango will provide the Operator Agent software

Reserve Requirements

The client will need to be able to identify the:

• Device ID for the Asset
• The User identifier.
