Help! My DMU Template does not open in the proper format!

Sometimes we encounter issues in excel where the correct template format is not kept. This can be an issue based on your regional settings.

Correct template format should reflect in columns with one piece of information per column, as in the screenshot below:

An example of incorrect format below, where one column contains all of the data points:

Here's a simple way to fix this issue in Excel:

Open Excel
Go to the 'Data' tab
Select 'From Text' (third option from left) and select the .CSV file you want to import.
Click 'Next' on the pop-up window. Make sure you select 'Comma' in the
next window.
You should now see your data applied into columns below
already. You can add any other information if you need to here.
Click 'Finish' when you're done with editing.
