If I have a SAML account as Administrator, would I still need a Reserve account password for the DMU?

Yes. The DMU does not use the SAML credentials. You will need to use the Reserve account password to log in to the DMU.

If you do not know your Reserve specific credentials there are two options to get your Reserve account password:

1. Contact the AgilQuest support team to temporarily turn on the "Forgot Password Email" in your Reserve which will allow you to create your own password via an email link.  or
2. Have another admin or AgilQuest do a "Reset Password" on your behalf. This will generate a reset password email that you will then use on the DMU or
3. Another Admin will need to delete your user record, and re-add you into Reserve using the Add User template through the DMU, where they can enter the Reserve password you will use.
