Overview
To provide more security, and align with best practices, we have added MFA (multi-factor authentication) functionality for users not authenticating with Single Sign-on. This will be available April 27, 2023.
How it Works:
When an MFA-enabled user enters their Username and Password they will see the option for how to receive an OTP (one-time passcode). Clients who do not have a phone number listed will only have the option for email verification.
After clicking “Login” the user is taken to the screen to enter the OTP (one-time passcode) which was sent either via email or SMS text message. The OTP will expire after a set period, this is configurable by the customer but is set as a standard default to five minutes.
Once the user enters the OTP and clicks “Proceed” they are brought to their TANGO home page.
Next Steps / Action Required:
MFA (multi-factor authentication) can be enabled by customer. All users subject to MFA will need an email and/or phone number which will be utilized for the MFA process. A Zendesk support ticket to enable MFA will need to be submitted.
