This new button allows a specific user role to create the first baseline of a project or site schedule. If enabled this button is only available when no baseline exists. This functionality supports the scenario of a project coordinator, or the like, creating the initial project setup (including baselining the schedule) before handing the project over to a PM which can then re-baseline as needed during the project lifecycle.
