Edge Vendor Users - Bid/RFQ & Work Order Registration Process

Modified on Wed, 18 Mar at 3:02 PM

New vendors for Bidding/RFQ (Projects) or Facilities are sent an invite once selected to respond to a bid/rfq or work order. Invitations can also be sent when Vendor Invoicing is enabled for the supplier or the supplier is added to a Project with Document Access (Vendor Document Collaboration).
The invite includes a registration link to TAE (ie: https://edge.tangoanalytics.com/t/13456789-bbcc-4444-ba44-9797abcd9797) from @tangoanalytics.com.

The vendor has 7 days (this is configurable per environment, where EU Edge instance has longer) open the link and complete the registration before it expires.
Once the vendor completes the registration, they will be able to log in and see their bid(s) or work order(s)

If the vendor cannot locate the invite in their email, the vendor should check their junk/spam folder for the invite and mark the invite as not junk.

Once they locate the invite (we recommend the tangoanalytics.com domain be added to your safe sender list)
  1. Select Actions from the toolbar at the top of the screen.
  2. Select Junk E-mail.
  3. Select Junk E-mail Options...
  4. Click the Safe Sender tab.
  5. Click Add.
  6. Type in the email address you wish to add to your safe sender list.
  7. Click OK.
If the vendor does not receive the invite, please confirm the email address for the vendor in the bid/work order is correct.  If the email is incorrect in the bid or work order, you will need to re-send the bid/work order to the correct email address and restart the registration process.

Note:  If the vendor has forgotten their password, once the password reset is requested, it will expire in 10 minutes.
