If you encounter an Invalid Link Error (see link images below) upon receiving the Welcome Email and/or by following the steps for Forgot Password, the below information may be helpful for your organization.
Upon hovering over the create password icon, you may discover the use of safe links by the email scanning tool (see images below). The Tango Login link is a single-use link. The initial link is likely getting consumed by the scanning tool and then being presented for a second time; thus, becoming invalid.
Therefore, you’ll need to have the following url whitelisted to allow access/login: https://login.agilquest.com/
If hover and a link such as the one below appears - please begin the whitelist process
