Modified on Tue, 3 Mar at 1:13 AM

System Requirements

The Reserve First Swipe/Badge Integration requires Windows 2019 or higher.  A minimum 10 GB of drive space should be allocated for the solution to be deployed.  Windows Server environments are recommended for installs requiring off hours / automated execution scheduling.

 3rd Party Software

The Reserve Badge Integration/First Swipe Process uses a SQL Server Database with Python version up to 3.13 (and supporting Python modules). Python can be downloaded directly from the Python.org site.

  • Database System – Microsoft SQL Server 2017, 2019 or 2022 Standard*

Tango Reserve Requirements

  • The Reserve Badge Integration/First Swipe Process will require that the client create (or have available) an Administrator level Reserve user (service account).  This is the PLAI service account that will be used during execution for First Swipe.
  • A Reserve User Management Process may be required. Tango can provide additional information on this after the discovery call.

* You can leverage the SQL Database Server used for the User Management Process if you have an existing on prem implementation of the UMP.
