The custom First Swipe Process is a software solution that is implemented in a client environment to handle the Extract, Transform, and Loading of the user presence events into Tango Reserve in an automated way. The presence data is then used as a means to check a user into their reservation automatically using that presence event; which can be the employee badging into the building or the employee logging into the office network.
The solution can also be used to capture the presence of an employee for analysis only (no check-in) in the Reserve Analytics. Using a client data source provided in the required format, the tool can be customized and configured to be executed at regularly scheduled intervals to handle the ETL process for uploading user presence events without manual intervention.
