PLAI URLs:
To access the Dev PLAI listener, go to URL: https://apiplai.agilquest.xyz/plai-listener/login.xhtml
To access the US Production PLAI listener, go to URL: https://plaiprod.agilquest.com/plai-listener/
To access the Canadian Production PLAI listener, go to https://caplai.tangoreserve.com/plai-listener/login.xhtml
Requirement:
You will need to be have an Administrator role in Reserve with the right to Manage Locations.
Steps to add a new Portal ID:
1. From the Login screen, enter your Reserve Admin credentials (not SAML SSO) using your email and password for Reserve.
2. From the Portals option, select Manage
3. From the Manage Venue Portals, find the location (venue) you'd like to modify and click MANAGE PORTALS
4. Click the ADD PORTAL button, then enter the Portal ID for that location. You can add multiple Portal IDs depending on your location.
For example, the if your have 5 different entry points to your location (for badge entries), each of these would be listed as individual Portal ID.
In the Type field, select what presence event this is.
5. Click SUBMIT UPDATE when finished.
The Portal ID has now been added.
