Can I download a list of all our assets?

Yes! This can be done using the DMU.

Role required: Administrator

Tool to use: DMU (Data Management Utility)

Steps:

1. Launch the DMU and log in.
2. Select "Assets"
3. In the next screen, select "Modify Existing Assets"
4. Click "Download Asset Data"
5. Save the file in a folder (name the file accordingly to make it easy to locate)
6. The DMU will create the file and once the data finished processing, go to the folder where you saved the file.
7. Open the file and you will see a full list of your asset data.

Additional Information:

• The Asset ID is in the first column (A)
• You can find the QR code by scrolling to the right of the spreadsheet. The column header is called: QR Code URL
