FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Access
What login and password do I use in the Tango Help Center?
The Tango Help Center uses your email address and a unique password specifically for the Help Center to log in. Also note that the credentials used in the Help Center is not the same as your Reserve credentials.
I went through the “Forgot my password” steps but I’m not getting an email. What should I do next?
It’s possible that you don’t have a profile yet in the Tango Help Center. If you are a client on a current support plan, please contact one of your existing personnel who is an authorized support contact for Tango to put in a ticket with our support team and request your access. If you are a new customer currently on a project, please contact your Reserve Project Manager.
I’m a new client for Tango Reserve, how to do I get access to the Tango Help Center?
Please contact your Reserve Project Manager and they can provide you with access.
I need to add more contacts to access the Help Center, how do I do that?
To give new users access to the portal, you will need to submit a ticket with the request. Go to the top of the screen and click the option for submit ticket.
Can I self-register for the Tango Help Center?
No, but our team can help you get access to the Tango Help Center.
Articles & Training
How do I search for topics or questions?
After signing in, you can type your question or topic in the “How can we help?” field. Topics are also categorized and each category will link to a specific module. For example, if you Select Product & Release Notes, you'll have a sub-section specifically for Reserve Release Notes.
I have a link to an AgilQuest success article but I get an “oops” error when I open it. What do I do next?
Unfortunately, the old Success article links do not redirect to the Tango Help Center articles. You can find the updated articles in the new portal by typing in the topic or the question in the “How can we help you” field. Or you can reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Project Manager and we can help you find the information.
We have links in our documents that directly link to the Success articles and videos. Do we need to change those?
If your links begin with https://success.agilquest.com/hc, you will need to update the links to point to the same articles that begin with https://tangoanalytics.zendesk.com/hc. Links to Youtube videos (like training videos) will remain the same.
Can I get a notification on new articles?
Yes! To get notification updates on articles, click the FOLLOW button for the topic that is of interest to you!
Support Tickets
How do I open a support ticket?
First, make sure to sign into the Help Center by entering your email address and the password that you use for the Tango Help Center. Once logged in, you will find a SUBMIT A REQUEST option on the top right of the screen.
From the Submit a request page, select the issue from the drop-down and proceed with completing the form. This will create a support ticket, and you will receive a confirmation email after you submit a ticket.
How can I see the status of my ticket?
Click on your name at the top right of your page. Then select My Activities. You’ll see a list of all your tickets including the status. You can then click on the Subject of your ticket to see the details, including your communications with our support team. Any responses you do by email (generated after you’ve submitted a ticket) will also be included in this view.
Can I submit a new ticket via email?
All new tickets are required to be submitted via the Tango Help Center and can no longer be submitted by email. However, once the ticket has been created, you can correspond with our support team via the ticket email that you receive.
How do I mark a ticket as solved?
You can do this by going to the My Activities window, then select the ticket you want to close by clicking on the subject. Scroll down to the bottom of your ticket and click the check box for Mark as Solved, then submit. Alternatively, your support engineer helping you with the ticket can also mark it solved.
