Ability to Print ‘Global Rent Summary Report’ from the Recurring Cost Tab

Overview 

In a continuing effort to provide industry-leading functionality, Tango would like to bring to your attention an enhancement to the Tango Lease Recurring Cost tab which gives users the ability to print the ‘Global Rent Summary Report’ directly from the recurring costs tab.  This enhancement will be available on March 8, 2024.

Summary of Changes

The Tango Lease application has added functionality that gives users the ability to print a new report, the ‘Global Rent Summary Report’, directly from the Recurring Cost tab.  This is a Lease-specific report which provides a detail of all recurring costs abstracted.  It also provides a Summary by Currency and Payment Category of Current Costs and Total Commitment and translates into Reporting Currency. The new print icon will be displayed in the top right corner of the screen located in the Recurring Costs => Basic tab.  All users with either edit or read-only access to the recurring costs tab will have access to the print icon.  When the icon is clicked, the report filters will be auto-populated with Lease Number and Current Rent As Of date.
