Introduction
A new sub-tab, ‘Associated Locations’ is available within the Lease Details -> Basic Info tab where the user can associate one or more locations/property/building/store entities to the selected lease. This functionality allows the user to associate any location/property/building/store to the lease if the primary location ties to the lease are NULL.
Steps
Step 1: Login using the user credentials. Upon successful login, the Tango functional dashboard will be displayed.
Step 2: Select the ‘Lease’ icon from the ‘Contracts’ module.
Step 3: Select any lease from the lease home page and click the lease detail icon to add the related correspondence.
Step 4: The ‘Basic Info’ tab is displayed as a default view upon selecting the required lease. Select the ‘Associated Locations’ sub-tab within the ‘Basic Info' tab.
Step 5: Initially, there wouldn’t be any data displayed in the associated locations tab. To add records, select the ‘Add’ command button.
Step 6: A new child window opens; it displays all the available locations and provides the ability to associate any required location to the lease. Also, you can select the ‘Associated Locations’ checkbox to view only the locations that are already associated with the lease ID.
Step 7: The filter provided above the ‘Location Entity Type’ allows the user to filter the records based on the entity type. Click the drop-down menu to view the available values (Store/Building/Property) and select any one of the required values and click enter. (**Note: Only one of the filter parameters can be selected as this filter doesn’t support a multi-select option).
The below example shows the values displayed of entity type ‘Store’ as the filter parameter selected was of type ‘Store’.
Step 8: Select the ‘Checkbox’ of the required location and then click the ‘OK’ command button to associate the location(s) selected to the lease record.
Step 9: Now, the selected locations are associated with the lease, and are displayed in the associated locations table with a hyperlink to the location through the location number.
If the location was added by mistake, or if it is no longer associated with the lease, then the record can be deleted using the ‘Delete’ command button.
As soon as the record is deleted, the page gets refreshed and displays the table excluding the deleted record.
