Enhanced Lease Tab to Provide a Summary - Locations/Buildings

Introduction

The Lease Tab has been enhanced to provide a summary of all the active leases and subleases including the count and area (both the square feet and square meter) rollups for both real estate and non-real estate leases associated with the selected location/building.

Steps

Step 1: Login using the user credentials. Upon successful login, the Tango functional dashboard will be displayed. Select the ‘Buildings’ icon from the ‘Locations’ module.

Step 2: Click the ‘Search’ icon to view the list of buildings and click the edit icon. The overview page will be displayed as a landing page view.

Step 3: Select the ‘Linked Entities’ tab from the list of tab headers.

Step 4: The leases and associated projects linked to the building are displayed under the linked entities in separate sub-tabs. Select the ‘Linked Leases’ sub-tab, if ‘Linked Entities’ is enabled for your system, else directly select the ‘Lease’ tab from the tab headers to view the lease summary.

Similarly, to view the lease summary from ‘Locations’, select the ‘Lease’ / ‘Linked Entities’ tab from the location’s list of headers to view the lease summary associated with the selected location.
