A short note on what changed in the support portal — and a thank you to the customers whose feedback drove it.
Over the last month you've told us — through tickets, conversations, and a fair amount of patience — what was getting in your way inside the portal. We listened, and this release is the result. None of it is dramatic; that's the point. Most of the changes are about removing small frictions you shouldn't have to think about, so you can spend more time on the work that matters and less time fighting the form.
What's new
Filing a ticket is smoother
The description box opens larger by default and is resizable. Attachments now have a proper drag-and-drop zone — drop a screenshot, log file, or PDF straight onto it. Field spacing is consistent throughout the form, and the External Ticket ID has been moved to a more sensible spot in the flow.
Your ticket list remembers you
Filters you apply now stay applied between pages/sessions. Click Reset for a clean slate. The columns you select when exporting tickets are remembered the same way.
Clearer timestamps inside tickets
"Five hours ago" is fine when you're looking at the screen, and ambiguous fast when you're comparing across teammates in different timezones or service-level windows. You'll now see the actual day and time, automatically rendered in your local timezone.
Knowledge base improvements
The Most Popular Articles list on the home page is now hand-curated rather than view-count driven, so you land on the portal and immediately see what matters most. Tables of contents inside articles are now clickable and scroll smoothly to the section. Printing or saving an article as a PDF produces a clean, paginated document — without the portal chrome cluttering the page.
A note on attachments
The 20 MB ceiling is per submission (the total of all attachments in one reply or new ticket), not per individual file. If something is too large, the form flags it before you submit, so you don't lose your description finding out the hard way. We're actively evaluating integrations to extend that ceiling — more on that soon.
What's next
A handful of things already in motion or under review: extending the attachment ceiling, further polish on the print and PDF experience, identifying new tools to make your life easier, and a closer look at how we surface "what's new" so you don't have to go looking. If any of those are important for your workflow, please tell us — it helps us prioritize.
Thank you
This release exists because customers spoke up. Please keep doing that. The fastest way is exactly what you're already used to — open a ticket through the portal, and we'll get back to you. If there's friction you hit weekly that we haven't addressed, or a feature that would change your day, we want to know.
Thank you, genuinely, for shaping what this portal becomes.
