When getting ready to upload your charge codes to Tango Reserve, you will need to first install the Data Management Utility and download an "Add Charge Codes" template.
Once you open the blank template, certain fields are required to be able to successfully upload the template.
Please find a downloadable copy of an example template with highlights on the required fields.*
*Please note, this file is not unloadable as the DMU will only accept .CSV files.
Required fields in the Charge Codes template are as follows:
- Charge Code - Values: string. Required
- Name - Values: string. Required
- Description - Values: string. Not Required
- Active - Values: True or False. Required
- Activation Time - Values: Date and Time. Not Required
- Format for date and time: yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm
