How do I upload equipment to Reserve?

When getting ready to upload your Equipment Assets to the Reserve, you will need to first install the Data Management Utility and download an "ADD_ASSETS" template. 

Once you open the blank template, certain fields are required to be able to successfully upload the template. Please note, some fields may be optional, however your organization might need to utilize them. An example of this would be the Description column. This is an optional field, but may be required to include an Asset description in your organization's use case.  

Please note, an entry for floor is required for equipment when uploading via the DMU. Attached to this article is an example ADD ASSETS template with equipment for your review.
