What are the required fields for the ADD USER template?

Modified on Tue, 3 Mar at 1:21 AM

When getting ready to upload your users to the Reserve, you will need to first install the Data Management Utility and download an "ADD_USER" template.

Once you open the blank template, certain fields are required to be able to successfully upload the template. Please note, some fields may be optional, however your organization might need to utilize them. An example of this would be the SAML column. (The SAML column is optional, but in order for end users to access your Reserve via SAML, they will need a credential value.)

For full options for the ADD USER template, please review the following article:

Data Management Utility - User Management

Please find a downloadable copy of an example template with highlights on the required fields.*
