The numbering of our rooms do not sort correctly in Reserve. How do we correct this?

We want the numbering to show correctly so that room list shows from 1-10 correctly, then 20-29, 30-39 etc.

When loading your asset data in Reserve, make sure to account for the highest possible number in your list of assets.  Do your room numbers go up to 2 digits, 3 digits, or 4 digits?

Example:  You have 3 digit room numbers. 

• In this example, you'll want to load your room names as 001, 002, 003, 010, 100, or 1-001, 1-002 etc. 

Example: Your room numbers are 2 digit room numbers.

• In this example, you'll want to load your room names as 01, 02, 03, 10, 20, 21 or 1-01, 1-02 etc.
